Left: Denay Hering a ninth grader at Lake Mills leads the 3200m run during lap 5 of that race. She won the 3200m by posting a 11:56.99. Above center and right: Janelle Bagneski, a junior at Lake Mills, won the 100,200, and 400m dash events. She is shown in the preliminaries of the 200m and the start of the 100m races. Liz Amici a senior at Whitewater is shown winning the 100m HH event. Amici competed at the 2006 State Meet in the 100m HH and 300m LH events. She was the D2 TJ 2006 WIAA Champion [ 37' 04.00].

O'Briens twin sister Brenna was the lead-off runner while Megan Theune ran second leg for the Whippets 4x1 relay.
