River Valley Invite

Teams from Boscobel, Dodgeville-Mineral Point, Fennimore, Lancaster, North Crawford, Prairie du Chien, and Richland Center competed in the River Valley Invite in Spring Green. Prairie du Chien junior Deidre Dillman won the 100m, 400m and 800m events while Taylor Fry a senior from Richland Center won both hurdle events.

Above: Taylor Fry a senior from Richland Center won the 300m LH's in 47.29 [HHT]. Right: Fry winning the 100m HH in 14.85 [HHT]. In the Week 7 Honor Roll list Fry was listed in both hurdle events and had the top 100m HH time of 15.29 [FAT]. She improved on this time by running a 15.14 [adjusted] in the finals of the 100m high hurdles at the River Valley Invite. |

Ryanne Bell, a junior from Boscobel, won the pole vault event with a height of 10' 03. Earlier in the week she also vaulted 10' 03 at the Fennimore Invitational.
At the 2006 WIAA State Track and Field Meet Bell placed second in the D3 pole vault behind Kaitlyn Joyce [graduated, Wausau Newman].
Ryanne is pictured with her parents Michaell and Greg. Greg is an assistant track coach at Boscobel. He is also the head cross country coach. |

In the team standings Dodgeville-Mineral Point took first with 114 points followed by Richland Center [110], River Valley [103 1/2], Boscobel [101], Prairie du Chien [94 1/2], Lancaster [86], North Crawford [50], and Fennimore [42]..
