2007 Wisconsin USATF Indoor Championships

Sunday, February 11, 2007 at Carthage College located in Kenosha. Results.




The Wisconsin USATF hosted their Indoor Championships at Carthage College's Tarble Athletic and Recreation Center (TARC). Track and field athletes from 10 years old to 'senior citizens' competed in the 55m dash, 55m hurdles, long jump, triple jump, high jump, shot put, 1600m, 3000m, 5000m, 3000m walk, 400m dash, 800m run and 200m dash in age groups ranging from Bantam to Masters [ ages 30 and on up in 5 year increments]. Groups and individuals from Wisconsin competed.

High school aged athletes competed on teams or competed as individuals [unattached]. Kaya Senaya [upper left] competed in the young girls division. Ashanti Benson [484] and Kennaye Lewis [529] of the Silver Springs Spartans competed in the intermediate girls division while Ashley Beutler [R] competed unattached in the young womens division.



Jumps are measured in meters. Kate Flood [ above & above right] [unattached] is shown clearing 1.40 meters [ 4' 7 ]. Flood won the young girls high jump with a jump of 1.60 meters [ 5' 3 ].

Michelle Mitchell [upper left] is shown clearing 1.5 meters in the young girls high jump division. Mitchell competed unattached.

Julie Hebert [ L] competed unattached in the young womens long jump.

Charde Mayne [R] is pictured in the intermediate girls long jump.
