| Above left: Milwaukee Bradley Technical 400m athlete Tahje Whittley. Whittley won the Marquette D1 Regional 400m with a time of 59.47. Whitltley is pictured on the right competing against State Meet veteran 400m runner Sharay Hale a senior from Milwaukee Riverside University at the Southside Indoor Meet. Whittley won that race. Hale has the best Honor Roll 400m time [ as of May 21] of 56.05. Above right: Versatile athlete Kelly Stewart is a ninth grader from D2 Amery. Stewart is on the D1-D3 and D2-D3 Honor Rolls in the 400m [59.54], 800m [2:21.54] and LJ [16' 10]. Stewart won the Amery regional 400m and 800m events and placed third in the LJ. In addition Stewart along with teammates Margaret Budtke, Kristine Satturland, and Jessica Roos are on the Amery 4x8 relay team which is on both the D1-D3 and D2-D3 Honor Rolls [9:50.34]. La Crosse Logan ninth grader Grace Heglund-Lohman [below] won the Homan Regional 300m LH event and is on the Honor Roll in the 300m low hurdles after a strong showing at the Mississippi Valley Meet held at La Crosse Logan. |
