Right: 100m winner Chelsey Simon a junior from Whitehall posted a 12.39 to edge out senior Megan Rennhack from Dodgeland who had a time of 12.54. Aileen Lemanski a junior from Florence placed 4th [13.03].
Simon helped lead Whitehall to the Division 3 team championship. In addition to her wins in the 100m and 200m dash events she was on the second place Whitehall 4x2 relay team and jumped 16' 11.25 to place 5th in the LJ event.

Division 3 400m: Junior Jamie Vandenberg [above right] of Niagara set a D3 record in the 400m dash. She was timed in 56.15 to break the old record of 56.60 that was set by Kohler's Ann Kattreh in 1980. Burlington Catholic Central sophomore Gretchen Homan [above left] placed second with a time of 56.69 [This also broke the old record]. |

Junior Tasha Allen of Milwaukee North division broke Kaya Senaya's 100m record of 12.02 by posting a time of 11.99. Allen and Senaya are pictured in the finals [above] in which Senaya finished 2nd [12.18]. |

Division 2 200m. Above [L-R]: Second place finisher sophomore Maya Vazquez [Arcadia, 25.06], champion Tasha Allen [24.79] of Milwaukee North Division, and third place finisher Kaya Senaya a senior from Brown Deer [25.70]. Allen also set a new 200m D2 record when she broke Senaya's old record of 24.94 set in 2006.

Division 2 400m
Prairie du Chien's Deidre Dillman a senior and Arcadia Raider sophomore Maya Vazquez ran a tightly contested 400m race. Vazquez finished first with a time of 57.16 while Dillman finished second in 57.32.

Division 1 100m
Brookfield Central ninth grade Chidera Obasih barely edged out Milwaukee Bradley Technical junior Jasmyn Hudgins to win the 100m dash. The difference was 5/100ths of a second as Obasih posted a 11.96 to Hudgin's 12.01.

Chidera Obasih helped Brookfield Central to a team championship as the Lancers from Brookfield Central scored 59 points to 49 points for second place Bradley Tech. Obasih also scored points in the LJ by placing 5th.
