Track meets are exciting but not as exciting as going to class the next day unprepared. Mr. Sloma's History class at Homestead had an assignment. Track athletes seem to be good at time management and this Homestead athlete was taking advantage of some time between events to prepare for Wednesday's lesson.

Childera Obasih [L] won the LJ with a distance of 17' 03.50. Nicolet's Roni Thompson is pictured above. Rebekah Winiarski [R] from Brookfield Central won the HJ [5' 03].

Hannah Wallace [below] from Whitefish Bay was 2nd in the LJ with a jump of 16' 07.00 and placed first in the PV [10' 00].
