Friday, April 9, 2010 at Darlington High School: Results
Rain, snow, and cold weather pushed the Darlington Invitational to Friday. Friday turned out to be an ideal day for a track meet as teams from Benton, Blackhawk, Galena [IL], Monticello, Pecatonica-Argyle, River Ridge, Shullsburg, Southwestern, and Stockton [IL] competed at Darlington. No team scores were kept. Teams were allowed an unlimited number of entrants in each event. Schools at Darlington were D3.
Rachel Rygh [above left, Black Hawk] won the 100m and 200m dash events. Kara Krahenbuhl [above center, Darlington] was third in the 100m dash while Alyssa Iserman [above right, Southwestern] was fifth.
Kelsey Bernet [left] from Monticello won the 1600m and 3200m races.

High jump winner Brittany Bradley [left, River Ridge] won with a height of 5' 00. Bradley also won the LJ event. Bradley also ran in two relays and was voted Female Athlete of the Darlington Invitational.

Alyssa Iserman [below right, Southwestern] was second.
Abigail Merriam [below left, Darlington] was third.
