The South Milwaukee Rockets have a newcomer who made her mark in the LJ event at the Nelson Daniels Classic. Ninth grader Micaela Creighton [above] won the that event with a leap of 17' 05.00. State Meet veteran Roni Thompson [right, Nicolet] was second with a jump of 16' 04 while Janesville Craigs's Ally Wirkus [left] was third [16' 03.25].
