Sophomore Delaney FitzPatrick [above left] had a strong showing in the 3000m event as Lakeland opened the 2011 season. FitzPatrick impressed at the 2010 State Meet by posting a 2:19.11 in the D1 800m run and finishing 7th in the D1 1600m 5:06.21. Another Lakeland sophomore Abby Scharbarth [above right] is the current leader [as of 3/25] in the All-Division long jump list.
