D2 WIAA Regional At Parkview

The road to La Crosse began at 48 regionals around the state on Monday night. At Orfordville Parkview D2 schools competed for the right to advance to the Boscobel Sectional. Behind multi winners Eileen Gehring and Kelli McKenna the Madison Edgewood Crusaders scored 120.50 to edge McFarland in the team competition. A large crowd enjoyed ideal weather at the Orfordville Parkview Regional.

Kelli McKenna [above left] a junior freom Madison Edgewood won the 800m [2:21.74] and the 1600m [5:20.75] run events. Eileen Gehring [above right] won all three dash events with times of 12.49, 26.30 [25.85 in prelims], and 58.44.
