Track And field Athletes Honored As Scholar Athletes By The WIAA.




Four hundred high schools nominated 800 seniors for the WIAA 2012 State Scholar Athlete Award. Sixteen girls and sixteen boys were chosen. All 800 students nominated for the award by their high school athletic director will be presented with a medal at their school. Nominated students were selected on their academic and athlletic achievements at their schools. The 32 finalists will be recognized at an awards ceremony on Sunday, May 6 in Wausau.
