Preliminary heat of the 100m HH event at Bangor. L-R: Miranda Kunes [Melrose-Mindoro, Leah Willey [Riverdale], Caitlin Thomson [Whitehall], Alyssa Arenz [Cashton], and Danielle Weber [Cuba City]. Alyssa Arentz [15.58] and Ari Oium [15.60] from Cashton finished 1-2 in the finals while Whitehall's Caitlin Thomson [15.94] finished third in the HH event. Thomson who is a senior had a busy night as she won the 300m LH [47.48], was a member along with Jill Bender, Taylor Smith, and Jordan Cruz of Whitehall's 4x2 which finished 2nd to Blair-Taylor. Thomson put the 'field' in track and field by finishing 1st in the HJ [5' 01]. |
