Wisconsin AAU District Qualifier 
Saturday, June 23, 2012 at the Dennis Punches Track and Field Complex at Carroll University. Results.
Coach Shawn Thielitz and his Carroll University staff and athletes and the Silver Springs Spartans and Congress Purple Storm track clubs hosted the Wisconsin AAU District Qualifier Track and Field Championships. A large group of athletes and families attended the event held on the campus of Carroll University at the Dennis Punches Track and Field Complex. Athletes in various age groups gained experience in how to compete in the sport of track and field.
Familiar faces from the 2012 WIAA State Track and Field Meet competed as well as a large group of athletes who are in the beginning stages of their track and field experience. Young athletes benefit greatly from the coaching that they receive while participating on track clubs and the competition at the AAU District Qualifier Meet gave all athletes exposure as a large crowd looked on.
