Justin Bohler the hurdles coach at Greenfield aged 10 years in the short time it took to run the 300m LH race. Michelle Garner [left and above (partially hidden)] who won the 300m LH event in 2010 and 2011 with dramatic finishes decided to stage an instant replay.
With only two hurdles to go she again was behind. But true to the Greenfield team nickname of 'Hustling Hawks' she again staged a heart stopping finish by barely edging La Crosse Logan hurdler Amber Sanderson [above right] by 6/100'ths of a second [43.69 to 43.75].
In the photo above the hurdlers are approaching the second to the last hurdle and Garner has her work cut out for her.
