Senior Sara Grange from D1 Grafton had a huge night at the North Shore Conference Championships on May 14 at Germantown.

Grange was a blur of orange as she swept the dash events with times of 12.66, 25.65, and 58.75. She was kept busy running back and forth to the HJ which she also won.

At West Bend West on May 14 senior Ambria Avery [above left and center] from D1 Wisconsin Lutheran won the Wisconsin Little Ten Championships in all three dash events in 12.72, 25.74, and 57.83.

Above right: Senior Holly Denfield from defending D3 Champion Edgar won the HH, LH and TJ events at the Marawood South Conference Meet hosted by Marathon on May 14.


Above left: Sophomore Lexi Engler from D3 Mercer won the 100, 200, and TJ at the Indianhead Conference Meet hosted by Hurley on May 14.

Above center and right: With times of 12.50 [prelims], 25.32, and 56.06 Union Grove D1 dash athlete Cassy Goodrich won the dash events at the Southern Lakes Conference Meet hosted by Waterford on May 14.


Above left. Somerset senior Sarah Krig was Middle Border Conference Champion in the HH, HJ, and PV at Ellsworth on May 14.

Above center and right: Paige Peshel took home the South Central Conference Championships in the 800 [2:18.34], 1600, and 3200 events. The meet was hosted by Wautoma on May 14. Peschel is a junior from D2 Westfield-Montello.


Junior Cindy Pironnet from D2 Boscobel won the HH, LH, and LJ at the Southwest Athletic League Meet hosted by Darlington on May 14.


Junior Danielle Riggins from D1 Kenosha Tremper won the 200, HH, and LH events with times of 24.59, 14.52, and 45.64.

Riggins competed at the Southeast Conference Meet which was hosted by Oak Creek on May 14.


Above left: Sophomore Brooke Tonn from D2 Waupun swept the dash events as she won championships in the 100, 200, and 400 at the Eastern Wisconsin Conference Meet hosted by Plymouth on May 14.

Above center and right: Ninth grader Nadia Williams from D2 Mount Horeb won the 100, 200, and LJ events at the Badger Conference [North] Meet hosted by Baraboo on May 14.

Below: Lake Mills junior Kayleigh Topel won the 100, 200, and TJ at the Capitol North Conference Meet held at Lodi on May 14.


Taylor Juresh [no photograph available] a ninth grader from D3 Royall [Elroy] swept the three dash events at the Scenic Bluffs Conference Meet hosted by Royall. Juresh helped coach Kristine Moten's Panther squad finish in second place behind conference champion Cashton.


Senior Tahtyana Peer [above] from Milwaukee King won the trifecta of dash events at the Milwaukee Public Schools Conference meet held May 15 at Pulaski Stadium on the campus of Milwaukee Pulaski HS. She posted times of 12.08, 24.44 [prelims], and 56.35 as she won championships in the 100, 200, and 400 events.

Her exhibition of speed moved her to the top of the Honor Roll in the 100m and 200m dash events and into #2 in the 400m long dash event.
