With temperatures around the 40 degree mark and a strong wind blowing Wisconsin high school athletes are quick to improvise. One of the vaulters may have gotten some second looks but he remained very warm prior to his vaults. Athletes used everything from blankets to sweats with logos of warmer locations to ward off the elements.
