
15th Annual All-Star Spotlight Meet 
Iowa runs the 4x100m Shuttle Hurdle and 1600m Medley relays as a regular part of dual and tournament meet competition. Those events were new for the Team Wisconsin athletes.
The 4x100m shuttle hurdle athletes finnished in third behind two teams from Iowa.
In the 1600m Medley and 4x 8 relays Team Wisconsin set Meet Records. Team Wisconsin's Rachel Atchison [East Troy] was named Female Athlete of the Meet as she won the 800m run and led off in the record setrting 4x8 relay event.

Nalley's father G. Carlin Nalley [above right] is a long time track official in Illinois who helped officiate the 2013 Spotlight Meet. G. Carlin was named the Illinois High School Association Track Official of the Year in 2008.





Team Iowa's Courtney Sowle [above center] from Camanche High School who won the Iowa D2 400m LH 2013 championship was the winner in the 400m LH event at the Spotlight Meet. Iowa has D1, D2, D3, and D4 divisions with D4 being the largest division.
