Twenty-five large school teams from Wisconsin and Illinois competed at the Nelson-Daniels Classic. Cary Grove [IL] won the meet by 1 1/2 points over Milwuakee King.







Frieler from Oconomowoc finished 6th and Schmid from Milwaukee Pius XI finished 7th in the 1600m race.

Cary Grove [northwest suburb of Chicago] won the 4x2 race in a 'photo finish.' The scoreboard shows the razor thin difference. Cary Grove won the race with Milwaukee King finishing a close second.
