Left: Madison Edgewood senuior Amy Davis posted a 17:52.40 to win the Girls Varsity Race at the Midwest Invitational. Dodgeville-Mineral Point won the team title followed by Middleton , Madison West, and Wisconsin Lutheran.
Janesville Craig Co-Coaches Brian and Jessica Lawton [above] ran the meet which was held in ideal weather. The races were run on the Blackhawk Golf Course which is adjacent to Rotary Gardens and the Kiwanis Pond recreational area. 1061 girls ran in the varsity, junior varsity, frosh-soph, and middle school races.
