WIAA D2 Regional At Clinton

Big Foot, Clinton, East Troy, Jefferson, Lake Mills, Lakeside Lutheran, Palmyra-Eagle, St. John's Northwestern Military Academy (boys only), and Whitewater competed in the WIAA D2 Regional held at Clinton. Led by Mikaela Grant's four wins the Jefferson Eagles edged Lakeside Lutheran 170 to 164 for the Clinton Regional Team Title.
The top 4 finishers in each event will move on to the East Troy Sectional along with athletes from the Carroll University Regional [Catholic Memorial, Kenosha Christian Life, Kenosha St. Joseph Catholic Academy, Martin Luther, Racine Saint Catherine's, Saint Anthony, Saint Francis, Saint Thomas More, Shoreland Lutheran, and Tenor/Veritas.], the Kewaskum Regional [Campbellsport, Kewaskum, Laconia, Lomira, Mayville, North Fond du Lac, Random Lake, Ripon, Waupun, and Winnebago Lutheran Academy], and the Brown Deer Regional [Brookfield Academy, Brown Deer, Dominican, Grafton, Kettle Moraine Lutheran, Messmer, Milwaukee Lutheran, Milwaukee North, Shorewood, and University School of Milwaukee].

Jefferson's Mikaela Grant won the HH [15.08] and LH [46.36] events. Lakeside Lutheran's Meghan Pingel was 2nd in the HH [15.24].
