2015 marks the 22nd year that I have covered girls track and field performances. Coach Kammer was one of my original sources back in 1994 helping with information from his part of the state. This is the 11th year that I have produced preseason practice features. At every stop I have been incredibly impressed by the teaching and motivation skills that Wisconsin high school coaches exhibit in order to maximize the potential of their athletes. D Figi, March 14.
Logan graduate [2012] Amber Sanderson has helped by helping middle school athletes in their hurdling techniques. The Rangers will open their season at the Stevens Point Invite on Friday, March 20. Then the Rangers will have a quick turnaround as they travel to Luther College [Decorah, IA] for a Saturday Meet on March 21.
Iowa has the Shuttle Hurdle event as a regular part of their regular and State Meet competitions. The 4x110m Hurdle Shuttle Relay will give the Ranger hurdle athletes an early season test in their skills.
