Madison Riciardi signed a NLI on April 23 to attend Marquette University to compete for the Golden Eagles track team
Above: Madison's father John and mother Lindsey look on as Madison signs her NLI to compete for the Marquette Track Team.
John is the hurdles coach at Waukesha North. When Madison was 10 years old she was at a practice when her father noticed Madison had set up a series of chairs next to the hurdles. Madison then proceeded to hurdle the chairs. She took quite a fall midway through her introduction to hurdling but the seed was planted. Amazingly Madison used a three-step technique.
Madison's great uncle Emil Kubash was a 440yd and 880yd runner for Marquette in the mid 1930's.
