Above: Hartford Union senior Sam Noennig the defending D1 SP Champion won the SP with a distance of 44' 09.50. The Arizona State recruit is only 4 1/2 months removed from her second ACL reconstructive surgery. She has made an amazing comeback and was only cleared for competition by her doctor two weeks ago.

The SP event is held in a different part of the Kolf Field House which is on a different level than the indoor track facility.
