The old 4x2 record was set by Grafton in 2013 [1:51.47]. The Waukesha Catholic Memorial quartet [above L-R] consisting of Abbey Finnegan, Tatum Straw, Erin Sullivan, and anchor Kathleen Hirsch established a new record by posting a time of 1:50.72.
Catholic Memorial's coach Chris Andacht is pictured on the left. Andacht has been coaching track and field for 45 years. Andacht coached at St Josephs for two years while he was still in college and then taught and coached at St Josephs for 8 years. Andacht then went to Catholic Memorial where he has been the coach for the last 35 years. He teaches AP Economics at Catholic Memorial.
