Wausau West Distance Runners
Field house activities were limited because of a Sectional BB Tournament game
Before going outside athletes warmed up in the field house. Below: Throw athletes working on footwork and quickness.
Temperatures were in the low 40's on Thursday. Last season after Spring Break there was still about a foot of snow on the track.
Athletes worked on a 'Negative 100 Drill' running three consecutive 100yd dashes, each one faster that the previous dash
