Wisconsin Track Online Feature For 2016
Whitefish Bay junior Cami Davre highlighted the 2016 W/TFA Wisconsin Indoor Championships by breaking the 30 year old record in the 800m run. Suzy Favor set the record [2:13.00] in 1986. Davre coming off of Spring Break broke the record with a time of 2:12.52.
Forty-six teams scored points in the meet with the Purple Knights from Beloit Memorial taking the team title with 26 points. Green Bay Preble [23], De Pere [22], Kimberly [21], Whitefish Bay [20], and Franklin [20] closely followed Beloit in the team standings.
