Ninth grader Roisin Willis from Stevens Point Area Senior High School is shown above winning the 400m dash event in 56.42. Her time broke the UW-Stevens Point Multi-Use-Activity facility record of 56.48 set in 2018 by Wausau West's Brooke Jaworski. Jaworski is in the late stages of a muscle rehab and did not run at the meet. It should be noted that the facility record includes college athletes. Later in the meet Willis sped to a clocking of 26.04 in the 200m dash event. Willis currently holds the Top 50 All-Time performance in the 800m run. |
