Congratulations to the new Record Holders. Abbey Fitzgerald [D3 TJ], Jessica Brueggeman [D3 LJ], Raegan Sorenson [D3 PV], and Julia Moore [D1 PV established new WIAA Records at the 2021 State Meet. Edgar's Faryn Wirkus had held the old D3 PV record of 11' 09 set in 2021. Sorenson jumped 12' 03 to break that record. Jessica Brueggeman had set the old LJ record of 18' 08.25 at the last State Meet in 2019. This year on her last jump in finals soard 19' 08 to break her old record. In the D3 TJ Jessica Brueggeman set the old record of 38' 09.75 at the 2019 State Meet. This year Gibraltar's Abbey Fitzgerald jumped 39' 04.25 to set a new record. Because of the weather on Saturday the D1 PV event was moved inside. Arrowhead's Julia Moore broke the record of 12' 07 set by De Pere's Kylie Swiekatowski in 2016 by vaulting 12' 08. |

| At the 2019 WIAA State Meet Wisconsin Lutheran competed in D2 and won the State D2 Team Championship. A 'WISCO' ninth grader Jaiah Hopf won both hotizontal jumps at the 2019 State Meet. Now Wisconsin Lutheran is competing in D1. She took up where she left off in 2019 and won both horizontal jump events a the D1 2021 State Meet. Jaiah's older brother Isaiah was the D1 TJ Champion and finished 4th in the LJ for Wisconsin Lutheran in the Boys State Meet. Her winning LJ distance was 19' 01. | ||

| Unfortunately the weather forcast turned out to be accurate with one exception. There were no thunderstorms with lightning so the meet was able to continue when the heavy rains set in on Saturday morning. An early decision was made to move the PV event indoors. In that intense competition 4 vaulters cleared 12' or better. Arrowhead senior Julia Moore established a new D1 record with a vault of 12' 08. | ||
