The 4x200m relay was one of two relay events at the Wisconsin Girls Indoor Championships. Forty 4x2 relay teams competed with Mukwonago winning in 1:47.00. They were followed by Homestead [1:48.55], Bay Port, Wisconsin Lutheran, Mosinee, and Onalaska. |

| The Spartans of West Bend West won the 4x4 in 4:14.92. they were followed by Verona Area [4:15.21], Dodgeland [4:15.59], Wauwatosa East, Germantown, and Kenosha Indian Trail. Dodgeland anchor Mirandi Firari had a busy day also medaling in the 60m dash and placing 7th in the pole vault. Firari had a terrific leg 4 run helping her team to the Bronze Medal in the 4x4. Thirty 4x4 teams ran in the last event of the meet. | ||
