La Crosse Logan's Stephanie Henry Moves Up The HR Lists

Stephanie Henry Winning the 200m Event at the Stoughton Invite, Friday, May 5, 2008
With her time of 11.9 on Wednesday, May 7, at the La Crosse City Meet Stephanie Henry [right] took over the #1 spot on the HR 100m list. She also recorded a 25.3 to win the 200m event moving her to #2 on the HR 200m List.


As a ninth grader Henry qualified for the 100m, 200m and 400m dash events at the WIAA State Meet. She finished sixth in the 100m D1 finals. Henry is pictured on the right winning the 200m dash at the Stoughton Invitational.


Logan won the La Crosse City meet outscoring Central and Aquinas.


After recording 18' 01 and 17' 06 long jumps at the Stoughton meet Logan athletes Emily Worden [below right] and Emily Betz [below left] turned their attention to the triple jump at the La Crosse City Meet. Worden triple jumped 36' 09.00 while Betz moved into the HR list with a jump of 36' 06.00. Betz won the HH's at the City Meet and placed second in the LJ while Worden placed second in the 100m and first in the LJ.
