Thirty-two teams scored in the McFarland D2 Sectional held at the Lloyd Schneider Stadium on the campus of McFarland High School. A standing room only crowd enjoyed a great meet on a picture perfect day as the Monroe Girls Team won team honors with 70 points followed by Jefferson, Viroqua, Edgerton, Lakeside Lutheran, and Richland Center.

The Top 4 finishers in each event advanced to the State Meet to be held at UW-La Crosse on June 2-3.

Arcadia's Abbey Zastrow [200, 400], Edgerton's Ashlyn Oren [100, LJ], Gale-Ettrick-Trempealeau's Dana Feyen, Jefferson's Emily Stendel [SP, discus] and Monroe's Jordan Hirsbrunner [100m HH, 300m LH, HJ] were multiple winners.


Edgerton won the 4x100 in 49.37. Leg 3 runner Kathleen Reilly is shown handing off to Tider anchor Nikkia Johnson. Also shown are the Monroe 3-4 runners Casey Reilly and anchor Cammi Ganshert. Monroe finished in second with a time of 50.15.
